Just a couple of years ago, very few people had heard of Comcast’s flagship product, XFINITY X1, and only a fraction of the Comcast’s 35 million TV subscribers had the new service. Although X1 was already hands-down the best cable TV platform on the market anywhere (with an Emmy to prove it), most were completely unaware of it.

Today X1 awareness and usage is skyrocketing.

Our group in Silicon Valley was originally formed to support product experimentation and innovation efforts but over time we’ve evolved into a functioning arm of the Company’s primary entertainment team which consists of over 200 designers, IAs, researchers and other types of UX professionals.
